Egy kedves barátnőm kisfiának készült ez a szafari mintás falvédő, - hozott anyagból és - pontos instrukciók alapján.
Tervezés és kivitelezés:
Figyelembe kellett vennem, hogy a falvédő egy rácsos kiságy mellé kerül, sarokba (L-alakba), vagyis ennek megfelelően kellett a mintát megosztani és keretezni az egyszínű anyaggal.
Ez a falvédő nem megkötőkkel készült, mint a zsebes tárolók, hanem akasztókkal, és a barkácsoló kedvű apuka falra felfúrt pálcákkal rögzítette.

This safari style wadded wallhanging was sewn for the little boy of a very good friend of mine, - of brought material and - based on precise instructions. (It is very popular in Hungary to have a cute wadded wallhanging for the baby.)
Planning and implementation:
I had to consider, that it will be hanged by thi crib in the corner, in an L-shape, so the pattern had to be divided and framed by the monochrome fabric.
This wallhanging wasn"t made with bindings, like the hanging organizers, but with hangers, and the Daddy fixed it on the wall with rods.
In a nutshell: success, joy, African atmosphere! :-)

Többféle verzióban varrtam őket kb. egy hónapja, magamnak kéket, picur kislányoknak ajándékba piros pöttyöset, mert az az igazi!
Mindegyiknél pufók anyaggal (vlies) kibéleltem a hátoldalt, és
steppelést imitálva 45 fokos szögben végig is varrtam, de mivel húzta a
talp az anyagot, a másik irányt elsumákoltam. Nekem így is tetszik!
Az enyémet a fürdőszobában a törölközőszárítóra applikáltam fel, a lányoké a kiságyakra került. A megkötők pedig nem okoznak kihívást egy félévesnek sem - már ami a kioldozásukat illeti.. :-)

My first post is about the hanging organizers. :-)
I sewed multiple versions of it about a month ago, a blue one for me, and red polka dot ones for two little girls.
The back of each were wadded with puffy material (volume vlies) as if starting to make a diamond quilt, sewing paralel stitches in a 45 degree angle, but as I couldn't cope with the stitch foot on three layers, I finished at that point. I still like the result!
Mine was hung on the towel drier in the bathroom, the girls' were hung on their beds. The binding mean no challenge for a half-year-old - as long as it is about unbinding them.. :-)
